Q: Does FSSI provide stock, envelopes and marketing inserts?
A: Yes. Every month, FSSI supplies our clients with millions of high quality laser preprinted forms, envelopes, inserts and direct mail pieces at competitive prices. Q: Who will be my contact at FSSI?
A: All of our customers are assigned an Account Manager that is supported by a dedicated Account Representative. Both of these contacts are actively involved in coordinating project development, testing and day-to-day processing. The Account Representative is your single point of contact, acting as your advocate and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of your projects throughout the production process.

A formal Statement of Work (S.O.W.) is co-developed with our clients during the initial stages of an application in order to clearly document client requirements and both parties contact information. The S.O.W. is updated as needed during the term of the project.

After the evaluation is completed, we use either computer CASS software (Group One and Pitney Bowes Mailer’s Choice) and/or Multi-line Optical Character Reader (MLOCR) sorter systems to ensure that our clients maximize their USPS automation postage discounts.
