FSSI Kicks off Rebrand with New “Get Fit” Campaign

FSSI has updated its brand positioning from “Customer Communications Specialists” to “Document Outsourcing Specialists.”

This refresh coincides with the company’s 2014 “Get Fit with FSSI” campaign, which presents the business case for outsourcing the redesign and secure production of mandated and time-sensitive documents, such as statements, invoices, compliance letters and mortgage portfolio communications.

FSSI Sales VP, Dan Palmquist, predicts that together the rebrand and “Get Fit” outreach will create many new opportunities with current and potential clients.

“The importance of documents and how we add value to them hasn’t been clear, nor was the fact that we are an outsourcing company.
