starts machine and observes operation to detect evidence of malfunctions,

This entry level position requires a high school diploma or GED; or one
to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
of education and experience. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions,
short correspondence, and memos. Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s using units of American money and
weight measurement. ability to communicate effectively verbally in English.

Currently we are looking for both a laser printer/copier and
mailing technician to work in our Technical Services Department.
The Laser technician position will perform routine preventive
maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Xerox high-speed
printers such as the 4635, 4890, DP180, 6060, Docutech, and Igen
series printers. We are also looking for a Mailing technician;
this position will perform routine preventive maintenance troubleshooting,
and repair on our Bell & Howell, Pitney Bowes, and Kern inserters.
Qualifying candidates will have High school diploma or GED, Associates
Degree in electronics or equivalent experience as an electronics
technician. Be able to read and comprehend instructions in English,
ability to perform basic to advanced mathematical functions, ability to
read schematic diagrams. Must have basic understanding of computers.
Experience operating laser printers, or Mail inserter is a plus.

Currently we have an opening for a Customer Service Manager. This position will direct and coordinate client services personnel and manage client relationships.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work with Sales and Client Service Teams to maintain satisfied clients and trouble-shoot client/production issues.
- Manage Accounts Representatives ensuring they are trained and follow all processes carefully.
- Manages each client application through Account Representatives to ensure the each job is completed accurately and on a timely basis.
- Works with production departments to schedule production work. Ensures all materials and other requirements, such as postage and data, are received as required to do each job. Actively participates in the Production Meetings.
- Reviews all stock orders, approves vendors and costs.

- Visits clients and potential clients with Account Rep's and Sales representatives, as necessary.
- Works with Sales Representatives to develop new clients and new jobs.
- Manages conversion of new clients and jobs, including set-up and testing, throughout the production areas. Participates on the Job and Technical Review Team.

- Assists C.S.R.'S in promptly resolving customer question or problems.
- Provides timely, accurate, and informative reports to the Department Manager.
- Responsible for scheduling employees on each shift to meet customer deadlines.

The ideal candidate will posses a strong operations background of 5 years or more, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong people skills, and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse work force.
