The Responsibilities for this position include: Operate machine
that automatically addresses, weighs, and ties into bundles printed
publications, reads production order to determine type and size of
publication scheduled for mailing, adjusts guides, rollers, loose card
inserter, weighing machine, and tying arms, fills paste reservoir,
starts machine and observes operation to detect evidence of malfunctions,
stops machine to make adjustments or clear jams, records production according
to customer name and zip code, and machine down time due to malfunctions
or lack of work.
This entry level position requires a high school diploma or GED; or one
to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
of education and experience. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions,
short correspondence, and memos. Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s using units of American money and
weight measurement. ability to communicate effectively verbally in English.

Currently we have an opening for a Customer Service Manager. This position will direct and coordinate client services personnel and manage client relationships.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work with Sales and Client Service Teams to maintain satisfied clients and trouble-shoot client/production issues.
- Manage Accounts Representatives ensuring they are trained and follow all processes carefully.
- Manages each client application through Account Representatives to ensure the each job is completed accurately and on a timely basis.
- Works with production departments to schedule production work. Ensures all materials and other requirements, such as postage and data, are received as required to do each job. Actively participates in the Production Meetings.
- Reviews all stock orders, approves vendors and costs.
- Actively participate on Client Service Management Team to review, update, and maintain Client Service standards and processes.
- Visits clients and potential clients with Account Rep's and Sales representatives, as necessary.
- Works with Sales Representatives to develop new clients and new jobs.
- Manages conversion of new clients and jobs, including set-up and testing, throughout the production areas. Participates on the Job and Technical Review Team.
Requirements:
This candidate should have a Bachelor of Arts degree from four-year College or university, with a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Currently we are looking for both a laser printer/copier and mailing technician to work in our Technical Services Department. The Laser technician position will perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Xerox high-speed printers such as the 4635, 4890, DP180, 6060, Docutech, and Igen series printers. We are also looking for a Mailing technician; this position will perform routine preventive maintenance troubleshooting, and repair on our Bell & Howell, Pitney Bowes, and Kern inserters.
Job Requirements:
Qualifying candidates will have High school diploma or GED, Associates Degree in electronics or equivalent experience as an electronics technician. Be able to read and comprehend instructions in English, ability to perform basic to advanced mathematical functions, ability to read schematic diagrams. Must have basic understanding of computers. Experience operating laser printers, or Mail inserter is a plus.

| Minimum Requirements: |
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, estimate requirements accurately, and meet deadlines with high-quality results.
- Possess a core technical knowledge of all phases of application development.
- A foundational knowledge of project management is a plus.
- Familiarity with and embraces a structured environment without compromising creativity.
- Experience on working in an n-tier environment using MS SQL.
- Must be able to think laterally and systematically in order to resolve complex technical problems.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Document any source codes, design and class diagrams.
- Interact effectively with other team members.
- Initiative and willingness to learn new skills.
- Must take ownership and responsibility for the implementation and design works.
- Must be flexible, and receptive to changes in the job descriptions as the nature of the business may change.
- Must be comfortable working in a team environment with 10-15 highly skilled team members.
Desirable Skills:
5 + years: C#, MS SQL Server 2000/2005, COBOL, ASP.net Framework 2.0 or 3.0, XML and AJAX, Enterprise Library, Variable Data Printing (VDP), HP Extreme Dialogue, direct mail and print experience.
