This event recognizes Santa Ana business leaders and outstanding graduating students who impact the community in extraordinary ways.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image noborder\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"140\" height=\"140\" src=\"https:\/\/fssi-ca.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/EventPhotoFull_Difference-Makers-Logo-140x140.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18145\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fssi-ca.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/EventPhotoFull_Difference-Makers-Logo-140x140.jpg 140w, https:\/\/www.fssi-ca.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/EventPhotoFull_Difference-Makers-Logo-280x280.jpg 280w, https:\/\/www.fssi-ca.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/EventPhotoFull_Difference-Makers-Logo.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 140px) 100vw, 140px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The ceremony was held on April 19<sup>th<\/sup> at the Doubletree Hotel Santa Ana\/OC Airport, where the Dietz\u2019s were recognized for their accomplishments in the Santa Ana community while the students received $1,000 academic scholarships from corporate sponsors.&nbsp; Each award recipient submitted a video that was played for the audience, with companies describing what it meant to be part of the Chamber of Commerce and their contribution to the community \u2013 while students focused on their achievements and role models who inspired their success. The Dietz\u2019s talked about the origins of FSSI \u2013 starting out in the trunk of Jon\u2019s car, handing the reigns over to Jennifer and the path to an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan).<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image noborder\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-medium\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"461\" src=\"https:\/\/fssi-ca.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/FSSI-Honored-at-the-Santa-Ana-Chamber-of-Commerce-Difference-Maker-Awards-1-400x461.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18147\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fssi-ca.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/FSSI-Honored-at-the-Santa-Ana-Chamber-of-Commerce-Difference-Maker-Awards-1-400x461.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.fssi-ca.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/FSSI-Honored-at-the-Santa-Ana-Chamber-of-Commerce-Difference-Maker-Awards-1.jpg 456w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve been a member of the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce for over 25 years, and I was a chairman about 20 years ago&#8230; I love being in Santa Ana with an incredible group of businesses and non-profits making a difference in the lives of the residents here,\u201d said Jon Dietz, Founder of FSSI.\u201d \u00a0Jennifer Dietz, CEO, added \u201cFSSI is a value-driven company, and everyone\u2019s favorite core value is Passion for Service. The ceremony also included performances by the Santa Ana High School choir and Presentation of Colors by the Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
