USPS Tactile Postage Incentive – The USPS Incentive program for utilizing tactile envelopes is effective January 1^st – June 30^th in 2026. FSSI has ordered tactile house envelopes to take advantage of the postal discounts. Please contact your Account Rep. if you would like to benefit from this discount using your custom envelopes.

Network Maintenance – Our next network maintenance window is a monthly maintenance on Sunday, February 15^th. During the monthly maintenance cycles, FSSI’s NetOps team updates the latest security patches as needed. Please expect intermittent loss of connectivity to FTP/SFTP transmissions, internet web availability, workStreamOne, letterStreamOne, electronic presentment and PDF approvals.
