New Forgot Password Feature Available – Resetting your WSO password is now easier than ever. You can click the “Forgot Password” button on the login page to securely reset your password without contacting your FSSI Account Representative. Simply enter the email address associated with your WSO account and you’ll receive an email with instructions to create a new password. If you need additional assistance, please contact your FSSI Account Representative.

USPS Postal Rates Effective July 12^th – Please be sure to adjust your postage advances to take into account the higher rates.

Postal Promotions – The USPS Integrated Technology incentive runs from July 1 – December 31 with the same savings as the Tactile promotion.   Please contact your FSSI Account Rep for more information.

One-Year Anniversary of FSSI East –  This month we’re celebrating the acquisition of the Orlando and Providence businesses now known as FSSI East. We have made incredible progress in integrating FSSI’s online reporting and automation as well as upgrading the security platforms and protocols. The East and West teams have worked on many projects together and we can confirm that we are “Better Together” as one team operating nationwide.

Network Maintenance – The June quarterly maintenance update was successfully completed on Sunday, June 7th. During quarterly updates, FSSI’s Network Administration team updates the latest security patches and upgrades equipment and systems as needed.
