Security Audit Reports – FSSI completed its SOC2 + HiTrust CSF reports and HIPAA certification as of May 31, 2026. FSSI East also completed its SOC2 Type 2 report and HIPAA certification for the same time period. All audits resulted in no exceptions. Please contact your FSSI Account Representative if you need a copy of a report.

Network Maintenance – The next monthly maintenance update will be completed on Sunday, October 18 ^th from 6-10pm on both East and West coasts. The next quarterly full day maintenance window will be Sunday, December 13^th.

Holidays – FSSI is closed next on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26^th.
