Network Maintenance – Our Quarterly Maintenance window is Sunday, March 15^th from 9am to 5pm Pacific Time. During this time, we will be updating our network with the latest security patches and updates to maintain our high security principles. Please expect intermittent loss of connectivity to all systems during this time, including but not limited to FTP/SFTP transmissions, internet web availability, workStreamOne, letterStreamOne, electronic presentment and PDF approvals.

Envelope Supplies – Envelope manufacturers have been placed on allocation, or rationing, of paper due primarily to the closure of a paper mill that supplies much of the envelope paper in May. FSSI is not and does not expect to be impacted by paper allocations or allocations for house envelopes, however delivery commitments of custom envelopes are now longer, up to 12-15 weeks. Envelopes prices are higher, especially for #9 remittance envelopes – manufacturers seem to be showing a preference to meet #10 outer envelope demand. Contact your FSSI Account Rep if you would like to reduce your remittance envelope usage.

USPS Tactile Postage Incentive – The USPS Incentive program for utilizing tactile envelopes is effective January 1^st – June 30^th in 2026. FSSI has ordered tactile house envelopes to take advantage of the postal discounts. Please contact your Account Rep. if you would like to benefit from this discount using your custom envelopes.
