USPS News and Postal Rates – Last week the USPS announced it filed notice with the Postal Regulatory Commission to increase postage rates effective July 12^th.   This is the first rate increase since July 2025 and, it’s not near as high as the 7-9% increases last year.

Postage Incentives – With the Tactile Envelope promotion ending on June 30^th, it’s a good time to consider incentives available for July through December 2026 – this includes the Continuous Contact and Integrated Technology promotions. Please contact your FSSI Account Rep is you’re interested.

Network Maintenance – The April monthly maintenance for FSSI on the West Coast is scheduled for Sunday, April 19th from 6-10pm PT. During the monthly maintenance cycles, FSSI’s Network Administration team updates the latest security patches and updates and anticipates being completed as quickly as possible. Please expect intermittent loss of connectivity to all systems during this time, including but not limited to FTP/SFTP transmissions, internet web availability, workStreamOne, letterStreamOne, electronic presentment and PDF approvals.

Holidays – FSSI is closed on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25^th.
