USPS News and Postal Rates – The USPS has announced its intent to increase postage rates effective July 12^th.   This is the first rate increase since July 2025 and, it’s not as high as the 7-9% increases last year.

FSSI workStreamOne Online Training – We have recently updated all of the workStreamOne training modules on FSSI University. If you’d like to learn more details on how to navigate WSO, please contact your FSSI Account Representation to get signed up.

Paper Prices–  This week many paper mills announced 4-6% price increases on printing paper, effective June 15^th.  We are working with our mills and envelope manufacturers to see how this may affect our paper and envelope pricing.

Postage Incentives– With the Tactile Envelope promotion ending on June 30^th, it’s a good time to consider incentives available for July through December 2026 – this includes the Continuous Contact and Integrated Technology promotions. Please contact your FSSI Account Rep if you’re interested.

Network Maintenance – The May monthly maintenance for FSSI on the West Coast is scheduled for Sunday, May 17th from 6-10pm PT. During the monthly maintenance cycles, FSSI’s Network Administration team updates the latest security patches and updates and anticipates being completed as quickly as possible. Please expect intermittent loss of connectivity to all systems during this time, including but not limited to FTP/SFTP transmissions, internet web availability, workStreamOne, letterStreamOne, electronic presentment and PDF approvals.

Holidays – FSSI is closed on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25^th.
