The Industries Served page
We started out 30 years ago printing and mailing statements for financial institutions, but we’ve diversified in both industry segments and in the scope of services offered. When most people think of outsourcing, they think primarily of printing and mailing – and of course these are services we do very well.  We also very early got into the game of electronic presentment and other eServices that take advantage of the amazing opportunity that internet connectivity has given us.

workstreamOne™ Real-time Job Tracking and Reporting
One of our best offerings for clients is workstreamOne™, a communication tool we developed to give our clients a window into our operations – you can log in to a secure portal and see when your files are, when they were processed, and where the job is currently sitting in either imaging, mailing or electronic presentment.  Clients can also check on their inventory and postage balances, and view customized reports that show a complete record of when their SLA’s were achieved. 

Women Business Enterprise (WBE) Certifications
If your organization has diversity initiatives, you’ll want to review our WBE certifications.  FSSI is a Woman Owned Business, and I’m the woman.  I grew up overseas as a 3rd culture kid, and it shouldn’t be a surprise that our workforce is every bit as diverse as our community – a place where everyone’s success is limited only by the amount of effort and creativity they put into their jobs.   You get much more working with FSSI because of our commitment to these principles.
